Kelly Smith, President of CWTI has over 22 years experience in Software Development. He is the founder of CASEware Technology, Inc., a software development and Information Systems (IS) management consulting company specializing in productivity strategies since 1990.

He also is co-developer of "The Model Approach to Successful Software Projects" a fully integrated Software Life Cycle methodology that is used for all types of business software projects including Data Warehouse. As part of this methodology, Kelly developed an approach to break down complex problems into simplified structures called decision models that can be easily read and understood by both technical and non-technical personnel.
